How do I personalize my item?
On each product page, you’ll see personalization fields where you can enter names, dates, or custom text. Be sure to double-check spelling before adding the item to your cart.
Is there a character limit?
There’s generally no strict character limit, but longer text may require smaller engraving and can be less visible. If your message is too long for the item, we’ll reach out to you.
Can I create my own design or logo?
Yes! We can fully customize your item with your own design or logo. Contact us and we’ll create a design proof for you to review.
Can I preview my personalization before ordering?
Some products include a preview, while others are designed directly from your submitted details. If you have special requests, feel free to contact us before placing your order.
Do you offer product samples?
Yes! If you’re interested in a bulk corporate order, please contact us and we can create a sample with your logo or text.
What if I made a mistake in my personalization?

We can often fix it if production has not started.

How long does it take to process my order?
Most personalized orders are made within 1–2 business days. If you request a design preview, production starts after you approve the final design.
Do you offer rush service?
Yes! Rush Service is available at checkout and will prioritize your order in our engraving queue for faster processing.
Will I receive a tracking number?
Yes — once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking email so you can follow your package.
How long does shipping take?
Shipping times vary depending on location:

Can I ship to multiple locations?

Returns & Cancellations
Can I return a personalized item?
Because our products are custom-made, personalized items are final sale and cannot be returned.
What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?
We’re so sorry! Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:
- Your order number
- Photos of the item and packaging
We will make it right as quickly as possible.
Can I cancel my order?
Orders can only be canceled within 12 hours of purchase. After that, production may already be underway.
Can I change my address once the order ships? Can I upgrade the shipping speed?
Unfortunately, once your order has been handed off to UPS/USPS, we’re unable to make changes to the shipping address or upgrade the shipping speed. Please double-check your address details before placing your order.

Will the engraving fade over time?

What color is the engraving? Can I change it?
Our engravings are not color-filled, as added color can fade over time. The engraving appears in the natural shade created by the laser on the material.
Are engravings on glassware dishwasher safe?
Yes! Our engraved glassware is dishwasher safe. Please check the individual product page for full care details.

We do not offer traditional gift wrapping, but many products include the option to add a matching personalized gift box.
Can I include a note card?
